Khulani Development Zimbabwe is a research, project delivery, and policy institute, borrowing its name Khulani from the Nguni people of southern Africa, powerfully translating to ‘a call to grow and develop’, to establish a foundational ethos upon which our work is built.
We approach the world in interdisciplinary ways; we believe that honest and intentional collaborations of diverse knowledge across power structures can rupture inequalities and help resolve complex problems.
Valuing rigour, innovation, and results, we believe that co-creating this way can advance well-being and leave a healthy and positive planet for future generations.
